An eVisa is a secure, digital version of your UK immigration status and permissions. To access it, you’ll need a UKVI account. This change won’t alter your current status or rights in the UK.

How to Get an eVisa
The process depends on your current immigration document:
- BRP Holders: The UKVI will contact you with instructions before your BRP expires in December 2024.
- Other Document Holders: If you need to renew your status or have a different type of document, follow the standard UK immigration application process.
